RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
• Gift cards
• Hats
• Customized items/Special Requests 
 

Our return policy is 7 days from the day you receive your order. You have 7 days to contact us for a refund/return. Once you have made arrangements for the return, items MUST BE RETURNED and RECEIVED within 14 days or there will be a $10 restocking fee. There are no returns on anything personalized. 

 

Once an order is placed, the order cannot be canceled or changed including the delivery address. Please enter the correct shipping address. 

 

If you are returning an item, you are responsible to pay for return shipping.

Return your item to the return address on the product package. Once we receive the return, we will then be able to proceed with the refund process. See refund section below.

Once orders are shipped, you will need to contact the delivery carrier for any further information. If you do not receive your item and it shows delivered, you will need to file a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages once they ship. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

REFUNDS


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
